Right now one the big things happening in peoples lives is the hunger Games premire. I haven't read the books nor seen the movie and after reading the Plugged In review, I'm not sure i want to. I mean I don't think I couldn't handle the violence, it just reminds me of how sinful our world is enjoying that kind of violence for 21/2 hours! Here you can find a wonderful Christian perspective on this. Now if you've seen them, I'm not trying to make you feel guilty(and I apologize if I did), but I just want to warn those out there who haven't seen the movie. Now you're probably wondering, "now you've told me what NOT to read so what should I read?" This may sound cliched but the Chronicles of Narnia are wonderful!! They were written by a Christian author, C.S. Lewis, and contain many allegories to the Christian life.
